Since his childhood Virat was very fond and passionate about his career in Cricket, when he was very young, he begins practicing cricket with his father, then later he began playing cricket in schools. 

Later on, he started playing for domestic teams including India Red and Delhi. He made his debut in the year 2008, in ODI against Sri Lanka in Dambulla, Sri Lanka. Then after two years later he made his T20I debut against Zimbabwe and after a year in 2011, he made his debut in the test against West Indies.

Virat mainly rose to fame when he captained the U-19 Indian team in the year 2008 and brings the U-19 world cup home. Since then he got the chance to play for India and he proved worth it and since then Kohli broke many records of many cricketing legends.

Currently, Virat is in the list of top five batsmen with the most centuries he is in the fifth position with 70 international centuries. In the year 2016, Virat becomes the captain of the Indian team after legendry captain M. S. Dhoni resign. Virat Kohli is the most successful captain of team India after M. S.
